This morning was spent installing new shelves and having a good re-sort at the bazaar, very therapeutic indeed. It is always great being able to speak with the many people who walk the aisles looking for that special something.
And on the topic of something special I just love my two Rafta Gnomes currently residing on my counter and smoking something that looks very naughty.

Another week of markets and some more great finds. I just love this retro wooden dog who doubles as a tooth pick holder. We also have a fab vegetable casserole dish and some really nice 1960's coffee cups.
I'm also showing a lot of silver items at the Bazaar, so why not pop in and have a look.

Just topped up the vintage tupperware at the stall. I currently have stock from the 50's millionaire range, items from the Harvest Gold range and a few of unusual items including a red baby feeder bowl , tupperware drink coasters and a roast marinater.

It's that time of year when I start to sort out my stock cupboard, or should I say stock rooms. During the year I accumulate a lot of pieces and I have a lot of trouble parting with many of the pieces hence they sit at home for a long, long time. Included in this group is a wonderful mid century Aqua pitcher and glasses, the photo does not do justice to the colour of this piece and it is one that I have had trouble parting with. I've also found a wonderful English fish plate and a pyrex casserole dish in a Doric EPNS silver carrying tray. All quality pieces and all now at the bazaar. Back to sorting.

Well, it is now officially 2015. I wish you all the best with the new year and hope you continue to find treasure at Waverley Antique bazaar.
I recently found this print of Alice. The original is at the national Gallery of Denmark and was painted by Modigliani in 1915, I believe this print is from the 60's or 70's and actually looks right at home in a 70's room. Alice is currently at stall M20 at the bazaar and is looking for a good home.

WOW, less than two weeks until Christmas. I currently have vintage items at the stall they include some wonderful salt and pepper shakers, a beautiful porcelain Christmas doll and other bits and pieces to brighten your table or tree.

Can you believe we are already in December. And, less than 4 weeks to Christmas. This week I'm starting to include vintage christmas pieces at the stall. To start, I've included a Christmas tree candle holder and santa candle snuffer. I've also found some delightful vintage pegs, which would very nicely hold christmas cards in place on a wire. More Christmas stock will be arriving next weekend.

Another weekend of shopping and more additions to the stall. We have added a retro cordial jug with matching glasses in a retro orange and yellow floral design, a hand painted green carafe and wine glasses, Italian gemelli coffee percolator in burnt orange, more tupperware , a wonderful vintage pack of playing cards and a 1960's cub hat from Traralgon. All items are located at stall M20 Waverley Antique bazaar.

A quick update from the stall, we currently have a selection of vintage ceramic pieces from England, Italy and Japan and dating from the 1920's through to the 1970's.
I personally love the lustre on the vase and the shoes are very cute. They are all in our store at Waverley Antique bazaar.
