I can't walk past a good set of Nally Ware canisters without having a good look. They look great in a retro Kitchen or Caravan.
When first produced Nally Ware delivered both dry food and spice canisters not to mention canisters for Bread, Cakes, Scones even Jam.
These days complete sets in mint condition are very expensive and sell for hundreds of dollars. We currently have Nally Ware items at WAB Stall 20 and on line.

I just love how fashion can change over such a short period through the 60's. It this example I have a very bohemian Hippy dress (Faces Brand) from the 60's to 70's and a lovely Yellow tailored wiggle dress (Jenen Fashions of Melbourne) with a swishing tail and appliquéd bodice from the 50's to 60's.

Now I know I'm showing my age but I would have absolutely loved this dress in the 80's. 1980's dresses are easily recognisable as they are so over the top compared to the 90's and later. This number with it's over lace bodice, fish tail skirt and sash has Madonna written all over it, just add permed hair and small lace gloves and you are ready for a night out.
Alas, today this dress is more likely to be worn as a steam punk dress, or a dead bride at Halloween but it would be a fab dress for an 80's party.

This week I found a wonderful vintage milk glass tea set of 6 cups and saucers, a milk jug and sugar bowl with lid. They are branded Chang Lee and were made in Korea. This set is circa 1960's, in great condition and have a wonderful floral pattern, they can be found at WAB Stall M20
Milk glass has been around since the 16th century, becoming very popular with the French in the 19th Century. Milk glass had a comeback mid 20th century and over the years I've had some wonderful milk glass pieces including casserole dishes and vases.

It's been a while since I've came across so many Vintage English Fine China tea sets in one week, not to mention an elegant three tier cake stand by falcon ware.
The tea sets are all either Queen Anne or Duchess and are in great condition as is the cake stand from Weatherby hanley Falcon Wear. This set would look fabulous for a dainty afternoon tea, now where are those cucumber sandwiches.

It is hard to go past a Fab Retro Vintage Pyrex dish. They are just so much more appealing to the eye then our modern white on white casserole dishes. They are even harder to go past when they are complete with the original warmer and candle. Just perfect for a Dinner Party.
The one pictured just landed at our stall M20 at Waverley Antique Bazaar, but I'm sure it will not last long.

To get things started I've listed two stunning green dresses both from Sydney designers and I'd place both items in the 90's.
To the left we have an absolutely stunning Gerry Shaw halter neck evening dress. Gerry Shaw is a Sydney based designer who has been designing stunning evening dresses since 1985. This dress in complete with tags and retailed at over $500.
Below is a classic silhouette from the Studibaker Hawk design team also from Sydney, I find the back of this dress absolutely spectacular. We hope you enjoy our vintage fashion items.
